What do you want out of life; what makes your heart sing, what does your soul crave? I will listen to your truths, dreams, and desires with empathy, help you set goals to achieve what is most important to you. I will encourage and support you, as well as give you the tools to help you go inward to find what makes you shine so that you can be your most authentic, successful self. I will push you to find what you truly want, not what you think others may want from you. I believe it is important to do what you love; it not only makes you happier and healthier in everyday life, but it also creates a ripple effect to encourage others to do the same.
I think we can learn from every experience we have- both positive and negative. I have been a Massage Therapist for over 18 years. I know our bodies are constantly sending us signals that we often ignore until it becomes unbearable, whether it is stress, diet, emotional, or injury related. I know that our bodies want to heal. I struggled with my own chronic pain from ages 23 to 38. I have two bulging discs in my lower back from four serious car accidents. Learning what my body could and couldn't do was a big part of my healing- diet and exercise came next. If it wasn't for those accidents, I would've never become a massage therapist. I have helped many of my clients get through their physical pain, and helped them listen to and honor the signals their bodies are sending, instead of popping a pill to numb the pain.
I don't think we are meant to work nine to five, forty hours (or more!) a week. I think we are meant to spend our time finding contentment within ourselves, so in turn, we can help one another grow. I have been through many transitions in my life, but never knew exactly what I wanted until I went inward. Helping others find their purpose is one of my passions.
I offer coaching in health and wellness, life transitions, goal setting, and abundance over the phone. Each and every one of my clients is on their own unique journey so my support will be entirely personalized depending upon your goals. This free introductory session (new clients only) is designed to make sure that we are the "right fit" for each other, and help you decide whether or not you'd like to work with me further. We will discuss any concerns you have and your goals and expectations. Clients have told me that this initial session not only provided them clarity, some have said they had life-changing insights!
In these sessions, we'll delve deeper and help you define what inspires you and what your ideal future life vision is. I'll then help you create goals to get you to that happy place. I'll help you reconnect with yourself and throw away that script you've been following. We'll also work together to identify and quieten down all those self-limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
In these sessions, I will help you develop a self-love system, full of nutritious food and a totally manageable framework for getting active and enjoying it. I will empower you to take responsibility for your health and cultivate good choices by guiding you to sustainable lifestyle changes. Not only will you reach your wellness goals, you'll make them stick for good.
